DGAF is a UK website about one simple idea: the best products are the ones that help you do less.
Less hoovering. Less scrubbing. Less standing over a hot oven. Less scooping. We look for gadgets and home kit that take a chore off your list properly, not ones that swap one job for three new ones.
How we choose products
We want to be straight with you about this. Right now we don't test products hands-on. Our guides are research-based. That means we:
- read the manufacturer's own product pages, manuals and FAQs, and only quote specs we've found there (or on a major UK retailer's listing);
- read published UK reviews and look at what owners commonly praise or grumble about;
- check that a product is actually sold in the UK before we include it;
- think hard about the "do less" question: does this really save you effort, or just move it somewhere else?
We don't make up star ratings, test scores or lab results, and we don't quote exact prices because they change daily. If we ever do start testing things ourselves, we'll say so clearly on the page.
How we make money
Some links on DGAF are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you. That never decides what goes in a guide, and pages with affiliate links are labelled at the very top. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.
