Short version: DGAF doesn't use cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner to click through.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any similar storage or tracking technologies (such as tracking pixels, fingerprinting or local storage) on your device. We don't use analytics tools, advertising tags, social media plugins or embedded third-party content that would set them. We also don't load third-party fonts or scripts.
If we ever add something that stores or accesses information on your device, we'll update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before anything is set.
When you click a link to a retailer
Many of our links go to other websites, such as retailers and manufacturers. Some are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Once you leave DGAF, the website you arrive on (and any affiliate network it uses) may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy and cookie policies. We don't control that, so please check their policies.
Information we collect
We don't run accounts, comments, newsletters or forms, so we don't ask you for personal information.
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves our pages may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in server logs. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is handled under the hosting provider's own security and retention practices.
If you email us, we'll use your email address and message only to reply, and won't keep them longer than we need to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have rights including access to, correction of and deletion of your personal data, and the right to object. To make a request, use the details on our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
